REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Black VoXX Sweepstakes, Inc. (“Black VoXX,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates promotional sweepstakes in accordance with applicable law. This Refund & Chargeback Policy explains the limited circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how disputes and chargebacks are handled.

By entering any sweepstakes operated by Black VoXX, you agree to this Policy.

1. PROMOTIONAL ENTRY DISCLOSURE

All sweepstakes entries represent promotional participation only.

Entry into a sweepstakes:

Does not guarantee winning;

Does not represent the purchase of a product or service with guaranteed value; and

Is subject to chance-based outcomes governed by the applicable Official Rules.

Winners are selected at random in accordance with the Official Rules for each sweepstakes.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ENTRIES (GENERAL RULE)

All paid entries are final and non-refundable once processed, except as expressly stated in this Policy or where required by applicable law.

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand the nature of sweepstakes participation;

You understand there is no guarantee of winning;

You accept that your payment is for promotional entry only; and

You waive any right to a refund except as expressly provided herein.

3. LIMITED REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances and solely at the discretion of Black VoXX:

a. Duplicate Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or processing error, Black VoXX may issue a refund for the duplicate charge amount.

b. Technical Processing Errors

If a system malfunction results in an incorrect charge or prevents proper processing of an entry, Black VoXX may issue a refund or correct the error, as determined appropriate.

c. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was completed without your authorization, you must notify Black VoXX promptly. Black VoXX may require documentation and will investigate before determining whether a refund is appropriate.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

4. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

Failure to win a prize;

Dissatisfaction with sweepstakes results;

Change of mind after entry submission;

Misunderstanding of the sweepstakes structure;

Failure to read or understand the Official Rules;

Disqualification due to rule violations;

Missed deadlines or incomplete submissions;

Entries submitted in error by the participant; or

Any reason not expressly listed as a limited exception above.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Participants are encouraged to contact Black VoXX directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks submitted for reasons inconsistent with this Policy may result in:

Entry invalidation;

Disqualification from the applicable sweepstakes;

Disqualification from future sweepstakes; and/or

Account restrictions.

Black VoXX reserves the right to contest chargebacks when appropriate and to provide evidence of participant consent and disclosure.

6. REFUND REVIEW PROCESS

To request review under the limited exceptions outlined in this Policy, you must contact Black VoXX and provide:

Full name;

Transaction date and amount;

Proof of payment;

Description of the issue.

Requests must be submitted within a reasonable time of the transaction. Black VoXX reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the criteria set forth in this Policy.

7. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

This Refund & Chargeback Policy is incorporated by reference into:

The Official Rules;

The Terms of Use; and

Any entry acknowledgments or confirmations.

In the event of any conflict, the Official Rules shall control.

8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds required by law will be honored.
