These Official Rules govern all sweepstakes conducted by Black VoXX Sweepstakes, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

1. Sponsor

All Sweepstakes are sponsored by Black VoXX Sweepstakes, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliated entities are not eligible.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

4. Sweepstakes Period

Each Sweepstakes begins and ends as stated on the applicable Sweepstakes page or promotional announcement. Sponsor’s system is the official timekeeper.

5. How to Enter

A. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by registering on the Sponsor’s website at BlackVoxx.com during the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

Entry requires submission of a valid email address and any other information requested on the entry form.

No purchase, payment, or social media action is required to enter or win.

B. Promotional Disclosures

Social media posts, stories, reels, or other promotional content may reference the Sweepstakes; however, following, liking, commenting, or sharing on any social media platform is not required and does not increase chances of winning.

Sponsor reserves the right to introduce additional entry methods in future promotions, which will be disclosed on the applicable Sweepstakes page and governed by these Official Rules.

6. Entry Limits

Any entry limits will be disclosed on the applicable Sweepstakes page. Attempts to exceed stated limits may result in disqualification.

7. Prize Description

Each Sweepstakes may offer one or more prizes, awarded to one or more winners, which may include experiences with a celebrity, influencer, or creator, cash alternatives (where offered), and/or gift cards.

Prizes may be awarded in multiple random drawings held on different announced dates during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize type, quantity, value, and timing will be disclosed on the applicable Sweepstakes page.

7A. Gift Card Prizes

If a Sweepstakes includes gift card prizes:

Each gift card has an individual Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $50 USD

A total of twenty (20) gift cards may be awarded per promotion

The total ARV of all gift card prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $1,000 USD

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing merchant and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused gift cards.

7B. Gift Card Selection and Fulfillment

Gift card winners will be asked to provide up to three (3) preferred gift card brands, ranked in order of preference.

Sponsor will make a commercially reasonable effort to fulfill the winner’s highest-ranked available selection.

If a selected gift card brand is unavailable, Sponsor may fulfill the prize using the next available ranked option. If none of the selected options are available, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift card of equal value.

8. Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The ARV of each gift card prize is $50 USD. The total ARV of all gift card prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $1,000 USD.

The ARV of experience or alternative prizes will be disclosed on the applicable Sweepstakes page. Actual value may vary.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

10. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received.

Gift card winners will be selected on dates announced publicly by Sponsor, including through social media posts, stories, or reels. Drawing dates are determined at Sponsor’s discretion and are expected to occur approximately once every thirty (30) days, though timing may vary.

11. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry and may also be announced publicly, subject to verification.

Failure to respond or comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

12. Verification and Documentation

Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and tax documentation as required by law.

Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

13. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.

14. Publicity Release

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, social media handle, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes on Sponsor’s website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Such use may include inclusion on a Winners List, promotional posts, stories, reels, website features, and future marketing materials. Winners may be required to confirm this permission in writing as part of the verification process.

15. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human error, or any injury or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize.

16. Fraud and Abuse

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, commits fraud, or violates these Official Rules.

17. Force Majeure

Sponsor is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government orders, or public health emergencies.

18. Disputes and Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware.

19. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Sponsor may require disputes to be resolved through binding arbitration. Participants waive any right to participate in class actions where permitted by law.

20. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

21. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Sweepstakes if integrity is compromised or if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control make administration impractical.
