Overview

Black VoXX, Inc. (“Sponsor”) offers sweepstakes that allow eligible participants to enter either by making a purchase

or by using the Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) described below. Entries received via AMOE have the same

odds of winning as entries received through purchase.

Eligibility

To enter via AMOE, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a legal resident of the United States, and meet all

eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Official Rules.

How to Enter for Free (AMOE)

To enter a sweepstakes without making a purchase, handprint the following information on a 3” x 5” index card:

• Full name

• Valid email address

• Complete mailing address

• Date of birth

• Name of the sweepstakes you wish to enter

Mail the completed index card in a standard, stamped envelope to:

Each properly completed and mailed index card constitutes one (1) entry into the specified sweepstakes.

Entry Limits

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per day unless otherwise stated in the applicable Official Rules.

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per envelope. Multiple entries in a single envelope will be disqualified.

Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or altered entries are void.

Entry Period

AMOE entries must be postmarked by the entry deadline stated in the applicable Official Rules and received by the

Sponsor within a reasonable time thereafter, as specified in the Official Rules.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. AMOE entries receive the same odds of

winning as paid entries.

Winner Selection & Verification

Potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. AMOE entrants are subject to the same

verification, eligibility confirmation, and prize claim requirements as all other entrants. Failure to respond or comply

within the time specified in the Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture.

General Conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail. Sponsor reserves the right to

disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates the Official Rules, Terms of Use, or applicable

law.
